Thank you for your interest in our management program.  Resort Lodging in Keystone is more than just a rental company.  The many years in being in the business and living in Summit County has given us the skills, knowledge, and understanding to adequately manage a variety of properties.  From one bedroom condos to six bedroom luxury homes we are able to accommodate any owner and guest.

As we look to expand our company, we have promised to keep the “small business” feel. We pride ourselves on the ability to personally interact with every owner, and have a clear understanding of what’s important to them. We make an honest effort to answer every phone call or respond to a message within the hour, even on our busiest days.

Your property is an investment.  Renting a property doesn't have to be difficult. We make it easy. We make every effort to ensure your property is in good hands. All our guests are required to sign a 3 page contract, provide a valid credit card and abide by our policies.  All our units are non-smoking!  You’ll notice on our websites that we do not offer on-line bookings. We prefer to talk with each guest prior to their arrival. (With on-line bookings you may not know how many people are renting the unit!)

As an established small business we are able to provide open communication and timely responses, along with personal service to ensure you are satisfied. Owning multiple properties ourselves, we understand the importance of guaranteeing our work.   You will be more than just satisfied with our hard work, honesty, reliability, and extended services. Our office is located on Highway 6 in Keystone in The Gateway Building (Entrance to River Run). 

Accounting Services

A monthly owner’s statement is produced by our on-site computer. Each month, owners will receive a detailed statement with rental activity and itemized list of expenses.  Rental income proceeds will be included in statements.  A 1099 will be issued each year reflecting the Gross Income earned.
